Topic 7: Confidentiality

Most of the time it is about personal issues. The pupil opens up because they are trusting, because a bond has been created. It goes without saying that the conversation must remain absolutely confidential.

This time of availability creates important links with the students that not only help them with their problems, but also makes them more engaged in the classroom.
